At Capital City Counseling we believe in change! Mental health therapy is not easily described as the practice varies depending upon the personalities of the mental health practitioner and the client, and the particular problems brought forward. We will work together to determine the best modality of therapy that will work for you that will produce the changes that you believe will lead you to living a better, healthier life.
Psychotherapy has been shown to have benefits for those who choose to utilize it and one may see better relationships, solutions to specific problems, or a decrease in symptoms or distress. Our first few sessions will involve an evaluation of your needs. By the end of the first session we should be able to develop an initial treatment plan. At Capital City Counseling we will use the latest, proven techniques to move with you towards your goals in the most profound of ways.
